The Yellow Sage is a master of Yellow Eco and lives between Lava Tube and Gol and Maia's Citadel. He wears a metal helmet together with a yellow barrel on his back. Per the usual for a Sage, he has skin reflecting the color of Eco he studies. His weapon is a long gun, that fires a powerful beam of Yellow Eco (presumably from the barrel on his back).

His lab was totally ruined in Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, when Gol and Maia captured him to use his powers. Jak later freed him though, during his quest to stop Gol and Maia from flooding the World with Dark Eco. He seems very proud and is offended that he had to be saved by Jak. He also wants to eat Daxter.
[edit] Boggy Swamp?
The sage has the same accent as Boggy Billy, which might point out he first lived at Boggy Swamp. It remains a mystery though, but the large amount of Yellow Eco at the swamp might be a clue he started his studies there.
