The Winged Devil is a Flying Lurker found at Precursor Basin. They have purple skin, wear the diaper-like clothes and are the only fast-flying Lurkers. Their speed matches the A-Grav Zoomer.
Though they only scared the Lightning Moles out of their homes, they really didn't do anything else. Defeating all of them, by running into them with the Zoomers razor-sharp propeller blades, earned Jak a Power Cell.
