Does anybody have any idea who voiced Jak in the first game? I know that he's supposed to be a "mute", but there are certain times when he stirs, mutters, laughs, gunts, shouts in pain, and then downright screams. Does anybody know who did that? Thanks,

There's no proof is Jak is THE Mar. It is yet unknown. Catacombs were created by the Precursors. Damas'son, Mar, = Jak. Thus he is called Jak/Mar. --Light Daxter 23:09, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

Naughty Dog confirms that Jak is THE Mar in the commentary for Jak 3, as do Ashelin and Seem during the closing cutscene of the game, and Daxter refers to it during his narration of the Precursor Trilogy "movie." If that's not proof, I don't know what is. --Nashidesei 15:54, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

It's pretty obvious it was through some kind of time travel--in Daxter's narration of the "movie," he actually hints that Jak may have done it all when the Precursors took him away at the end of Jak 3, then they dropped him off at the same moment he left. --Nashidesei 17:41, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

LOL I don't think the new game will explain much. But since NDI has already confirmed that Jak is Mar (THE Mar) I don't think that's really a concern anymore. The paradox is confusing, tho. --Nashidesei 18:30, October 19, 2009 (UTC)
