The swamp bat[1] is an enemy during The Precursor Legacy, commonly found flying in place in swarms near Boggy Swamp.
Swamp bats are large flying creatures with typical lurker features such as appendages over their jawline and large yellow eyes. They are a red color, making them easy to spot in contrast with the swamp's dark green appearance.
Swamp bats fly in swarms of six other bats, swooping in one at a time towards their target upon approach, biting them. It is simple to side step their course, and can be defeated by using yellow eco to jump and shoot them during their flight. They can also be destroyed using basic melee attacks as they arrive one-by-one.
