”— Pecker via CommunicatorThe Quantum Reflector is one of the five artifacts needed for the Astro-Viewer in Southern Haven Forest. If it has another purpose, that purpose is unknown. Jak gains the Quantum Reflector after completing the "Chase Down Metal Head Beasts" mission in Jak 3.
The Quantum Reflector may reflect light from the Prism and Holo-cube and direct it into the Astro Viewer to project light.
