Ottsel Leader
	Gender Male Weapons Precursor's Staff

The Ottsel Leader is the leader of the three Precursors and tried to cover up the fact that Precursors were just Ottsels for eons. He carries a staff that appears to grant him godly abilities. He requested Jak to come with them and help them protect the universe.

The Ottsel Leader's outfit is inspired by those of Ancient Greece. The bronze hair on his head forms a laurel wreath. The Ottsel Leader is much more stout than any other Ottsels in the trilogy, suggesting that he is much older than the rest. He wears a tunic and holds a Precursor's Staff in his left hand. He also seems a bit trigger-happy, as emphasised by his desire to turn lots of people into ottsels.
