He is the Leader of the Ottsel Trio and tried to cover up the fact that Precursors were just Ottsels. He carries a staff that appears to grant him godly abilities, He does not seem to believe having Jak as their sole salvation is a good idea.

The Ottsel Leader's outfit is inspired by those of Ancient Greece. The bronze hair on his head forms a laurel wreath. The Ottsel Leader is much more stout than any other Ottsels in the trilogy, suggesting he is much older than the rest. He wears a tunic and holds a Precursor's Staff in his right hand.
