Ottsel Dummy

The Ottsel Dummy is not very bright, as his name suggests. The Ottsel Dummy is most likely the lowest ranked member of the Ottsel Trio. But he doesn't seem to mind, as he is seen smiling and laughing in both of his game appearances in Jak 3.

Although difficult to see, the Ottsels are in fact different in the way they are built. The Ottsel Dummy's most distinguishing characteristics are his Precursor Helm (which covers his eyes) and an overbite. His fur is very similar to Daxter's Red-Orange & Yellowed-Cream underbelly. The Ottsel Dummy wears a long sleeved shirt and a pair of Precursor belted Khaki Shorts. He is also the tallest of the Ottsel Trio.

It is important to note that this Ottsel's level of stupidity is very uncertain. Either he knows as much as the other two and simply doesn't understand what information shouldn't be divulged (a possibility, given that the other two shushed him at one point) or he really doesn't know anything and is trying to appear smarter than he is (therefore, nothing that he has said is accurate.) Another possibility is that he is a mixture of both; he doesn't know much but what he does know shouldn't be said because it discredits the Precursors in front of others. Given that he is a member of the Ottsel Trio and is found working inside the Oracle along with them, he most likely does know how to operate some of their machinery (but it's also possible he was the one who messed up the holographic projection and accidentally opened the doors when they fought off-screen.)
