This is the lair where the Metal Heads live in
Jak II and where
Metal Kor is fought. Mar's gun is in the Nest and is aimed at the core in order to blast through the defenses and allow access. The
Rift Gate is also held there. It seems to be a very small nest, or it is just a part of it.
Tanks in part of the nest
Once you beat Kor, you cannot return to the Metal Head Nest. So you must collect all eight of the precursor orbs in the Metal Head Nest before defeating Kor, or else you will never be able to obtain them again.
