Farmer Zeb, or just the Farmer, is the farmer of Sandover Village. He has a large straw hat and owns a ranch where he keeps his Yakows. It seems he is lazy because his Yakows always escape and he does nothing. Zeb asked Jak and Daxter to get them back into their pen. Jak and Daxter succeed in leading all the yakows back into the pen and Zeb gave them a Power Cell. Farmer Zeb also owns a fairly large amount of land which he uses for rice.
Zeb also appears in one of Daxter's dreams in Daxter (Game). Zeb appears as Morpheus from the Matrix and Daxter plays the part of Neo.

- Sadly, Farmer Zeb passed away only a few years after Jak's first adventure, just after opening his first drive-thru dairy. Friends and family Zeb died peacefully in his sleep, which is by no means a surprise. The good news is Sleeping Farmer Yakow Milk is the top seller in many supermarkets.
