Bring 90 orbs to the Gambler was a mission in The Precursor Legacy that Jak and Daxter completed to obtain a power cell. The Gambler needed ninety Precursor orbs from Jak to "get me back on my feet and out of this barrel."

Upon owning a total of ninety Precursor orbs you can trade them with the Gambler for a power cell. The Gambler is located in the pavilion in Rock Village.
