Tweedledove Perch, also known as the Bird Lady, is the birdwatcher of Sandover Village and is obsessed with all kinds of birds. Tweedledove asked Jak and Daxter if they can find a Flut Flut egg in Sentinel Beach. She went with them to Sentinel Beach and waits at the bottom of the cliff while they push the egg off. She gave them a Power Cell for their valor and brought the Flut Flut to Samos.

- The Bird Lady opened an avian petting zoo for wayward and troubled birds. Later Tweedledove became internationally famous when she used her patented "Bird Suit" disguise to secretly live with a group of wild birds in the deep forest for more than 11 years. Accepted as one of the flock, the Bird Lady's solitary research was documented in the moving film Chickens in the Misty Branches - My Life With the Great Eggs.
- She thought Daxter was a Yellow-Bellied Orange Rain Fray after he turned into an Ottsel, but then realised it was him.
